Barrel Lodge Bar & Grill: The Best Spot for New American Cuisine in Streetsboro

The food here is insane on the portion sizes especially for the price. The food is also very decent. The chicken parm was moist and very flavorful the tomato sauce was quite acidic but I didn't mind that with all the chicken and cheese on it. The chicken on it was massive nearly the size of the plate. The beef tips and gravey was very savory and well seasoned on the beef gravey. The potatoes was bland but mix them with the gravy and they're fine. The sampler app was quite good. The stand out being the burnt ends. They was fall apart tender. The bruschetta flat bread was also surprisingly good. The tomatoes on it was well seasoned and fresh tasting. The Mac and cheese is the biggest let down it does taste like stouffers frozen mac dinners. But, I would also like to commend this place on the fact its an open concept restaurant that's not obnoxiously loud. There is some smart design choices here in the layout to give it an open look but dampened the sound. Don't be fooled by the fact this is attached to a golf course its truly a hidden gem in streetsboro.

It is a very nice place loved the rustic look with reclaimed barn wood. Food was awesome!! Our waitress Ashley was very nice and helpful. She is definitely extremly good at her job.

Went for lent fish fry. Excellent. Always get a good meal here. Waitress was very attentive to our party. The place was very busy. I would highly recommend this place if you are dining in Streetsboro. Definitely worth the drive.

Would be hard not to give them five stars. This is Streetsboro’s best kept secret. Recently was there with a party of 11 for a Birthday. All 11 had great meals. The prices are good, portion size big and the service was excellent. They didn’t mind or charge us to bring in a cake. It will be hard on them for four months as the road they are on will be closing to replace railroad bridge. You can still get there using alternative roads.

It's a really cute place to grab some appetizers, drinks, and food with friends and family. Dress a little up or a little down. The atmosphere is cozy, and cabin like with a pinch of upscale to it. I really enjoyed myself. The food was good! Service was on par. Loved it! I definitely recommend this place!

Barrel Lodge Bar & Grill has a cottage like feel with wooden beams, barrels, stones and fireplace. Expansive menu with great flavors and big portions! We sampled burgers, wings, salad, coleslaw was excellent, soup of the day, and steak of the week. The food was served hot! I've never had a better crock of hot soup on a cool evening. Service worked well with each other from the hostess, server and food runner. Great place. Hope to return again when in the area!

Pretty good place. Friendly and quick staff. I've heard about it and finally remembered to try it. It's next to a golf course outside of Streetsboro, so it's pretty easy to miss. The staff was friendly and the food was pretty good. I got the chicken parmesan and it was okay. Not great, but definitely good. The kid liked her cheeseburger, so that's good. She can be picky. Her fries were good. Overall, a pretty good place to stop in. I don't think it's good enough to go out of the way for, but if you're looking for something other than the typical fast food/chain restaurants flooding Streetsboro, you should give it a shot.
